1. What is needed to obtain a marriage license?
A photo ID for both individuals, a $25 fee, and both need to be present to fill out their form and sign the document. You need not be present at the same time. The license can be used the next day within Randolph County.
2. What is needed to get a certified copy of a birth certificate?
A written request is needed plus a photo ID. A $10 fee is charged if you pick it up the copy, $11.00 by mail
