Employed in the Randolph County E-911 Office from 1991 to 1999. Held 911 Administrative position since 2000. Member of 911 NENA. Southwestern Illinois Law Enforcement telecommunicator certificate and TTY certificate of achievement.

Office Overview
The Randolph County E-911 Office was established in 1991. Enhanced-911 service was available to all Randolph County residents on October 4, 1994 at 9:11AM. Since that time the 911 Office has maintained the 911 addressing database, State of Illinois filings and 911 mapping duties. The 911 Office stays abreast of wireless technologies and homeland security issues.
