Welcome to the Randolph County Zoning Office. The Zoning Office was established on July 1, 1991, with the passing of the zoning ordinance by the Randolph County Board of Commissioners. This ordinance is applicable throughout Randolph County, except within the corporate limits of municipalities which have adopted local zoning ordinances. The zoning ordinance regulates lots, structures, uses, and similar matters in order to preserve, protect, and promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens and properties of Randolph County.
